Restore and Preserve Hyderabad's Historic Old City Quarter

Hyderabad's Old City — home to centuries-old havelis, bazaars, and cultural landmarks — is crumbling due to neglect and unregulated construction. We urge the Hyderabad Development Authority to declare the Old City a protected heritage zone, restore the Pakka Qila, Kalhora-era gateways, and traditional bazaar streets, and introduce a community-led tourism plan that benefits local residents.
