"We the People" must hold government officials accountable that will not serve the American Citizens for the better good of the country! (includes Big Tech, and the Social Media) To my fellow Citizens' our current system of checks and balances was designed for a different era. Today, many feel that the three branches of government no longer sufficiently represent the direct will of the people. We are proposing a historic evolution of our democracy: the establishment of the Citizens’ Branch.

This fourth branch would serve as a direct oversight body, empowered to audit, propose, and veto actions that do not align with the common good. We are not just asking for a change in policy; we are asking for a change in power. By signing this petition, you are declaring that the people deserve a permanent, constitutional seat at the table of governance. Definition of Authority:

The Problem: The current three-branch system lacks a direct, non-partisan oversight mechanism managed by the citizens' themselves, leading to a disconnect between legislative action and public intent.

The Demand: We, the undersigned, demand the constitutional establishment of the Citizens' Branch'. "Your Vote, Your Voice" Demand to make it count by signing this petition today!

Goal 1: To create a non-partisan body of rotating citizens with the power to audit government spending and transparency. Goal 2: To grant this branch "Veto-Referendum" power over legislation that impacts fundamental civil liberties.

Goal 3: To ensure this branch is funded independently of the executive and legislative budgets.

Goal 4: The Power of The People: "People are selected by random lot (sortition), similar to a jury", and that the decisions are made by the people, for the people within the Citizens' Branch, carry the weight of law regarding ethics violations and the misappropriation of public funds. Before the selection process is final there will be a national vote.

Goal 5: Protection of the Citizens' Branch: That no existing branch shall have the power to dissolve, de-fund, or silence the Citizens’ Branch, as its authority is derived directly from The People.
